5. School Data & Content

We only provide the platform to store and manage this data securely.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, features, design elements, logos, text, graphics, and other content on SchoolPLUS are the property of the platform owners.

  • Reverse-engineer

Any part of the system without written permission.

7. Payments & Subscription

If your school is using a paid version of SchoolPLUS:

  • All payments must be made on time

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • We may suspend services for unpaid invoices

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep SchoolPLUS running smoothly. However:

  • Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by technical factors

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for issues caused by inaccurate data entered by users
